Shipping policy

All orders ship from our Indiana location within 1-2 business days of order. If an order placed contains items that are not available to ship within that timeframe, we will contact the customer to make necessary updates to the order, if needed. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once it has been processed by shipping label has been printed. We only allow Standard server level shipping on our website at this time. If an expedited order is needed, please contact us to check on the ability to fulfill the request.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Currently, we only offer shipping in the United States. Shipping charges are added to the order based on order total. 

We do our best to ensure shipping charges are calculated correctly. However, changes to the shipping charges may sometimes be necessary to accommodate all orders and shipping locations. Shipping charges other than the amount provided during checkout will not be made to an order without first consulting with the customer.

International Shipping
We will ship internationally, but we do not currently allow it on our website. Please call or email for details and pricing. Not all shipping requests will able to be accommodated.
